Privacy policy

We only collect what we need to run the app:

• Account info — your email and display name. If you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture come from Google.
• Session data — the breathing exercises you complete, including timestamps, duration, and (for Önd) retention times.
• Custom exercises — any breathing patterns you create and save.
• Preferences — your language, monthly goal, and access flags (beta/premium).

• To run your account — authentication, showing your stats, syncing across devices.
• To improve the app — anonymous usage analytics (page views, performance) so we can spot bugs and prioritise improvements.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for purposes outside the app.

GrowingApp uses a small set of trusted providers (data processors). All store data in the EU:

• Supabase — database and authentication. EU region (Ireland).
• Google — only if you sign in with Google. Google sees your email and basic profile.
• Vercel — application hosting and anonymous analytics.

Your data is kept as long as your account exists. When you delete your account (Settings → Delete Account), every record tied to you is permanently removed from our database immediately.

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access your data — most of it is visible in the app.
• Correct your data — edit your display name, exercises, and goal from Settings.
• Delete your data — use Settings → Delete Account.
• Export your data — email us and we will send you a copy.
• Complain to the Swedish Data Protection Authority (IMY) if you believe we are mishandling your data.

We use only essential cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a small cookie to remember your language. No tracking cookies, no advertising.

GrowingApp is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it.

If we change anything material, we will update the date at the top of this page and, if you have an account, notify you by email.
